About Shelly
Meet Shelly
I’m a recently retired mental health therapist who moved to coaching in order to work with my favorite clients; Latter-day Saint women. As a member of the Church, I love working with fellow Latter-day Saint women across the nation who are interested in growing toward their full potential through better mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
I recognize that trust must be at the foundation of every successful therapeutic relationship. For me that starts with a deep respect for my clients and their relationship with God, their families, and the church. I approach each session and class with a sacred reverence for those relationships as I strive to offer my clients the best evidence-based practices during our time together. I’m profoundly grateful for my clients and the experiences we have together.
